AI For Architecture

Empowering architects with intelligent tools and clear workflows.

Arqwell helps architects learn practical AI, use plug-ins generated with AI, and connect Rhino and Revit to a chat that writes Dynamo and Python scripts directly inside their projects.

Example Session

You:
Create a Dynamo script that places ceiling lights every 8 feet in a Revit room.
Arqwell Assistant:
I will write a Dynamo script that reads the room boundary, divides it into a grid, then places a light family instance at each grid point. Compatible with Revit 2025.
Dynamo chat ready

About Arqwell

Practical AI tools, training, and workflows for architects.

See Capabilities

Arqwell is a resource hub for architects who want to use artificial intelligence in real projects. We focus on training, tools, and workflows instead of hype.

Our tools connect AI to Rhino, Revit, and Dynamo so you can ask questions in plain language and receive ready to test scripts and workflows. You remain the designer. AI is your technical assistant.

We support working and emerging professionals in the AEC field who need reliable methods, documentation, and repeatable processes.

What we offer

  • AI training specific to architecture and BIM workflows
  • Plug-ins that were designed and built with AI support
  • Chat based assistants for Dynamo and Rhino Python
  • Templates, prompts, and example projects you can reuse

Arqwell Resource Library

A portfolio of tools, templates, and writing created with and around the Arqwell Assistant – including furniture assets, automation scripts, and published articles.

Capabilities

Arqwell provides tailored CAD & automation services for architects and design teams. We deliver Rhino Python scripts, Dynamo routines, Revit family workflows, and model preparation services that reduce repetitive work and accelerate design development.

CAD Services — Narrative

We collaborate with clients to understand design intent and produce reliable automation: parametric layout tools, massing test-fits, scheduling-ready families, and model-cleanup scripts. Each engagement starts with a short scoping conversation to identify deliverables, file formats, and integration points with your current BIM workflows.

General Cost

Typical engagements vary by scope. As a high-level guideline:

  • Quick script / small task: $150–$500 — single script, small automation or dataset cleanup (1–3 days).
  • Feature / tool: $500–$2,500 — multi-step tool, Revit family set, or Rhino workflow (1–3 weeks).
  • Project integration / custom library: $2,500+ — larger integrations, scheduled deliveries, and documentation.

Final cost depends on scope, testing requirements, and whether you need Revit/Rhino packaged families or additional QA. We provide a short proposal after our scoping call with a clearer timeline and deliverables.

CAD Vectorization

Based on the submitted RFQ form (Arqwell RFQ Form — Submission.pdf), we offer CAD vectorization services to convert scanned drawings, PDFs, or raster images into clean CAD geometry. Our standard rate is $300 per sheet. The process includes vector tracing, layer cleanup, attribute normalization, and a short QA pass to ensure dimensions align with the source.

  • What we need: a clear scan or PDF of the sheet, notes on scale or a reference dimension, and any target file format (DWG, DXF, or Rhino).
  • Deliverables: vectorized CAD file, layers organized, and a short summary of edits.
  • Timing: typically 1–3 business days per sheet depending on complexity and queue.

QA / QC Process

Arqwell follows a structured QA/QC workflow to ensure deliverables meet your standards. Our standard process includes:

  • Initial review: assess submitted files for scale, legibility, and missing references.
  • Vectorization & cleanup: convert raster/PDF to vector, standardize layers and naming conventions.
  • Dimensional QA: check key dimensions against reference notes or a provided scale.
  • Consistency pass: ensure families/types, parameter names, and layer conventions follow the agreed standard.
  • Client review: deliver a review file and short QA report; incorporate one round of client feedback.

If you have a detailed QA/QC checklist, upload it with your submission or email it to imani@isa-arqwell.com. We include one round of feedback revisions in the standard price; additional QA rounds can be quoted separately.

Service examples

  • Parametric layouts: automated room-by-room furniture placement and schedules.
  • Scripted families: Revit families generated from Rhino geometry with consistent parameters.
  • Model cleanup: remove duplicates, standardize naming, prepare models for downstream use.
  • Custom tools: tile generators, façade panelizers, daylight-driven patterns.
